📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Oversee the performance of staff, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor and manage branch finances, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service.
  • Represent the company at events and meetings to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve branch performance through data analysis and feedback.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of financial management and compliance regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
