📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory and stock levels to optimize sales and minimize waste.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in product development and marketing initiatives to drive sales growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to travel and work in a hybrid setting.
