📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform various laboratory tests and analyses to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.,Prepare and document test results and reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Assist in the development and implementation of new testing protocols and procedures.,Conduct research and development activities to improve laboratory processes and methodologies.,Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Train and mentor junior laboratory staff on proper techniques and procedures.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.,Familiarity with quality assurance and control processes.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel is a plus.
