PT Pilar Bintang is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Accountant to join our dynamic team in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice to the management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for financial excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Provide strategic financial advice to the management team to support business decisions.,Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.,Manage the payroll process, including employee compensation, deductions, and tax withholdings.,Maintain and update accounting systems and software to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Conduct regular financial reviews and analyses to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including management, investors, and auditors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
