📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and service.,Manage a team of banquet staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure smooth operations.,Coordinate with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements, ensuring their expectations are met.,Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed during banquet events.,Manage the banquet budget, ensuring all expenses are within the allocated budget.,Handle any issues or complaints that may arise during banquet events, resolving them promptly and professionally.,Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in banquet or event management.,Proven track record of successfully managing banquet events and teams.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to banquet events.,Familiarity with budget management and financial reporting.,Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints professionally.
