📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.,Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.,Monitor and report sales performance to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network and generate leads.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or tire industry.,Strong understanding of the tire market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales tools and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
