📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct user research to inform design decisions and drive digital transformation initiatives.,Design and prototype user-centric digital services and products.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of UX research findings into product development.,Evaluate and iterate on existing digital services to enhance user experience and satisfaction.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in UX research and service design.,Present research findings and design concepts to stakeholders and teams.,Mentor and guide junior UX researchers and designers in the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in UX research and service design.,Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX research and service design.,Proficiency in UX research methods and tools such as user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and personas.,Experience with design thinking and service design methodologies.,Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
