📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement SHEQ policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify and mitigate potential risks in the workplace.,Monitor and evaluate SHEQ performance, and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide training and education to employees on SHEQ matters, and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities.,Investigate and report on accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all SHEQ activities, and ensure that all documentation is readily available for review.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that SHEQ considerations are integrated into all aspects of the business.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in SHEQ management, and ensure that the organization is aware of any changes that may affect their work.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health, Environment, Quality, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in SHEQ management, with a strong background in a similar role.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective SHEQ policies and procedures.,Excellent knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including but not limited to ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, and to foster a culture of safety, health, and sustainability.,Familiarity with SHEQ management software and tools is a plus.
