• Collaborate with surveyors and adjusters to assess the condition of vehicles involved in accidents.
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for claims approval or denial.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in motor insurance and criminology.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients throughout the claims process.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to maintain and improve our standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Forensic Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in claims investigation or a related role.
• Strong understanding of motor insurance claims and the claims process.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
