📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.,Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution.,Handle payroll and benefits administration.,Conduct performance appraisals and employee development programs.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Support the HR Manager in strategic HR planning and initiatives.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proven track record of successful HR projects and initiatives.
