📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.,Manage and oversee the marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.,Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a leadership role.,Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.,Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
