Rejeki Krisna Spareparts is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. This is an urgent position, and we are seeking a professional who can manage our fleet of vehicles efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in fleet management and a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and logistics.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and ensuring all vehicles are roadworthy.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Oversee the maintenance and repair of vehicles, including coordinating with external service providers when necessary.,Monitor and report on fleet performance, including vehicle utilization, fuel efficiency, and maintenance costs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to vehicle operation and maintenance.,Handle vehicle inspections and ensure all vehicles meet safety and regulatory requirements.,Manage the fleet budget and ensure efficient use of resources.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other staff members regarding vehicle operation and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to vehicle operation and maintenance.,Valid driver's license and experience driving various types of vehicles.
