HRBP & IR Assistant Manager

As an HRBP & IR Assistant Manager at PT Multi Citra Rasa, you will be responsible for managing our HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. You will work closely with the HR team and senior management to ensure that our HR practices align with our business goals and the latest industry standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding, using tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, and local job boards.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.
• Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and grievances, while maintaining a positive work environment.
• Assist with internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support the HR team with administrative tasks, such as payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices, and share insights with the team.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve our HR processes and practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with HR software, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
