📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.,Supervise and mentor a team of sales and customer service representatives.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor branch performance and report to the regional manager.,Identify and address customer complaints and concerns.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a retail or sales environment.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
