📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a small team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Coordinate and manage team projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.,Communicate effectively with team members, colleagues, and clients to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to help improve productivity and morale.,Assist in the development and implementation of team training programs and initiatives.,Collaborate with the management team to identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise.,Participate in team-building activities and events to foster a positive and supportive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with HR best practices and regulations is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
