Salon Sari Electronics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to join our team in Mempawah. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our DevOps team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our software development lifecycle. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to implement and maintain our infrastructure, automate our processes, and ensure the security and reliability of our systems.

This is a full-time position located in Mempawah, with a competitive salary of Rp 16.000.000 – Rp 20.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading the DevOps team and providing technical leadership and guidance.
  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining our infrastructure and systems.
  • Automating our development and deployment processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
  • Ensuring the security and reliability of our systems and data.
  • Monitoring and optimizing our systems to ensure they are performing at their best.
  • Collaborating with our development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of our products.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the DevOps field.
  • Mentoring and coaching junior team members to help them develop their skills and grow in their careers.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, with a strong background in cloud computing, containerization, and automation.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a DevOps team.
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps tools and technologies, including but not limited to Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, and AWS/GCP/Azure.
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
