Easy Crystal Mandiri is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure we attract and retain top talent.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with company goals and legal requirements.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources.,Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals to ensure high performance and employee satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is a plus.
