📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional manner.,Handle and direct incoming calls, emails, and other customer inquiries.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and information.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and effective customer service.,Monitor and manage the reception area to ensure a clean and organized workspace.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction.,Lead and train junior receptionists to maintain high service standards.,Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Proven experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using office software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
