📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage a team of staff, including supervisors and servers, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Manage inventory and budgeting to optimize costs and ensure profitability.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and customer experience.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of success in managing a team and improving sales.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry standards and regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and budgeting software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
