Star Sun Mandiri is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Staff Accounting to join our dynamic team in Parepare, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounting functions of our company, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records and reports.,Lead and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data is accurate and up-to-date.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices.,Manage bank reconciliations and ensure proper control of cash flow.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations is a plus.
