CIMB Niaga is seeking a talented and experienced Secured Credit Underwriting Officer to join our Consumer Credit Business team in Tangerang Selatan, Banten. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and approving secured credit applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Evaluate and approve secured credit applications from various sources, including online and offline channels.,Conduct thorough credit assessments and risk analyses to determine the creditworthiness of applicants.,Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to secured credit underwriting.,Provide excellent customer service by assisting applicants with their credit application process and addressing any inquiries or concerns.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and risk management, to ensure a smooth and efficient credit approval process.,Monitor and analyze credit performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all credit applications and approvals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in secured credit underwriting or a related role in the banking or financial services industry.,Strong knowledge of credit underwriting principles, risk management, and regulatory requirements.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound judgment in complex situations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
