📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.,Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.,Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, including room assignments and billing.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest information and transactions.,Monitor front desk operations and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff to ensure consistent service standards.,Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using computer systems and office software.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and guest relationship management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
