📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs to employees,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback,Identify training needs and develop strategies to address them,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure training programs align with organizational goals,Conduct workshops, seminars, and other training activities as needed,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Mentor and coach junior instructors to ensure they meet professional standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development,Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR technologies,Certification in training and development is a plus,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English
