UNITY Indonesia is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Pastry Chef to join our team in Palembang. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our pastry team, creating innovative and delicious pastry dishes, and ensuring the highest quality standards in our bakery operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement pastry recipes that align with our brand's vision and customer preferences.,Lead and mentor a team of pastry chefs to ensure high-quality production and consistent taste.,Supervise daily pastry production, inventory management, and cost control.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pastry products in our overall menu.,Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.,Conduct regular taste tests and quality checks to maintain high standards.,Participate in menu development and innovation projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of success in leading a pastry team.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international pastry techniques and trends.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with food safety and quality assurance standards.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
