This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain and procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to secure the best possible supplies at competitive prices.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other key stakeholders.,Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Manage the entire procurement process, from initial sourcing to final delivery and payment.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and make recommendations for improvements.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and achieve business objectives.,Provide strategic advice to senior management on sourcing and procurement matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management roles.,Proven track record of successfully managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus.
