📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints using Zendesk and Freshdesk.
• Update customer records in CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Proven experience using CRM systems and customer service software like Zendesk or Freshdesk.

• Proficiency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
