In this role, you'll use our state-of-the-art Property Management System (PMS) to manage guest reservations and check-ins. You'll also interact with our housekeeping team to ensure rooms are ready for our guests. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel at home.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
• Manage guest reservations and ensure all bookings are confirmed and accurate.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest rooms are ready and clean.
• Use our Property Management System (PMS) to manage guest information and reservations.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Stay updated on local attractions and provide recommendations to guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk reception or similar hospitality roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with Property Management System (PMS) software is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of local attractions and tourism in Bali is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
