📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of AI and machine learning models to address specific challenges in Indonesia’s agricultural sector.
Design and implement scalable AI solutions using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI systems into existing agricultural workflows.
Optimize AI models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
Conduct data analysis and feature engineering to improve model performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and apply new technologies to solve agricultural problems.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists in AI and machine learning best practices.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including farmers, agribusinesses, and government agencies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI and machine learning, with a focus on agricultural applications.
Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Knowledge of agricultural data, including crop yield data, soil data, and weather data.
Familiarity with agribusiness processes and challenges in Indonesia.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
