📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic development plans for Bangka Belitung, focusing on economic growth, social progress, and environmental sustainability.
• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to inform policy decisions and development initiatives.
• Coordinate with government agencies, stakeholders, and communities to ensure the successful implementation of development programs.
• Utilize data analytics tools and software, such as SPSS, STATA, or similar, to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Prepare and present reports, proposals, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of development projects, ensuring they align with national and regional development goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and private sector partners.
• Stay updated on national and international development trends, and incorporate relevant best practices into the development planning process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Development Studies, Public Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in development planning, policy analysis, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data and information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and software, such as SPSS, STATA, or similar.
• Certification in development planning or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
