📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide virtual support to medical practices, assisting with administrative tasks such as patient scheduling, appointment reminders, and medical record updates.
• Use communication tools like Zoom and Slack to facilitate seamless interactions between healthcare providers and patients.
• Assist in the management of electronic health records using specialized software like Epic or Cerner.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure that patient needs are met, and that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest healthcare regulations and best practices to provide informed support to our clients.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure that all aspects of patient care are addressed.
• Provide bilingual support to ensure clear communication between healthcare providers and patients from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge in virtual medical assistance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Medical Assistant or similar role in a healthcare setting, with at least 2 years of experience.
• Fluency in both English and another language, such as Bahasa Indonesia, Filipino, or other relevant languages.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and professionally communicate with healthcare providers, patients, and colleagues.
• Experience using virtual communication tools like Zoom, Slack, or other similar platforms.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and software like Epic, Cerner, or similar.
• Certification in Medical Assistant or a related healthcare field is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, virtual environment.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and confidentiality.
