📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the club
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance member experience and satisfaction
• Monitor and optimize financial performance, including revenue generation and cost management
• Coordinate with facility staff to maintain and upgrade club facilities and amenities
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
• Foster a positive and productive work environment for the operations team
• Collaborate with the management team to drive the overall success and growth of the club
• Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze operational performance and make data-driven decisions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing daily operations and driving financial performance
• Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and revenue generation
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
• Passion for padel and a commitment to delivering an exceptional member experience
